        Building Development 

• Setting a platform for open project communication and collaboration
• Discussing procurement models
• Inspire  building concepts and ideals with client, designers (Architects), and consultants
• Work with contractors if required at the early phases of design

• Review tenders with client if required and review potential alternatives​​
• Activating a project team in drawing software protocol ​​​​ ​​
• ​Working with designers (Architects)    and consultants to execute the overall building design intent   throughout the project
• Using 3D software (BIM) for drawings   to help communicate with stakeholders and  consultants project objectives
• Review of submittals and the construction schedule with client, consultants,   and contractor
• Attend site meetings with consultants and trades​​
• Review progress claims and   change notices for the Architect or design consultant
• Work with  the project team on close-out procedures
